With the rise of SMEs in recent years and the awareness of the impact of mental health on productivity and maintaining a work-life balance, Ali found it his mission to create a solution that will spread the culture of appreciation in the workplace.

Introduction
During his career, Ali recalls working in many toxic environments where he felt disconnected from his coworkers, neglected by his superiors, and never appreciated or praised for doing his job with the utmost perfection. Even though he was successful in his job the sense of unease took a toll on his mental health and decided to resign.
